Hiring Pearl You was the best decision I've made in meeting the needs of our Mandarin immersion program. She's incredibly bright, dedicated to the field, and sets high standards for herself and others, all the while being realistic and maintaining a positive attitude. What I love about Pearl is that she works well with all types of adult learners. Indeed, she meets teachers where they are at, and then coaches them to the next level and beyond! Teachers trust her.
