Hi, I'm Pearl! With 27 years in bilingual education. I’ve been a teacher, administrator, and Mandarin Immersion director.

I founded You Consulting in 2017. As a consultant, I have worked with schools and districts across several states, including Maryland, Delaware, California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, New York, Wisconsin, Colorado, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. I have also worked with bilingual schools in the U.K., Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai. I help schools across the U.S. and beyond build stronger, more dynamic dual-language programs.
